Anji Black Tea

Anji Black Tea is produced in Anji County, Zhejiang, using leaves from local tea cultivars traditionally grown for green and white teas. Unlike most black teas, it is crafted with light oxidation and careful temperature control to preserve its natural clarity and smoothness. The leaves are hand-picked in early spring, withered, gently rolled, oxidised, and then low-temperature dried to retain a clean, balanced flavour. The result is a subtle, amber-coloured tea with a mild sweetness and no bitterness
